From PSD to XD

I’ve been using Adobe XD since 2018. By that time I was designing my websites in Photoshop and Adobe was promoting this new software that was the perfect tool for UX-UI design.

After trying it was love at first sight and I haven’t stopped using it since then, a couple of weeks ago one of my clients asked for a small update on their website and once I found the working files I remembered that was created in Photoshop!

Don’t get me wrong, I love Photoshop and I still use it for different stuff on a daily basis but after using XD I just wish to have all my old files made it there.

As guess what? The Creative Cloud is just so amazing that I opened my Photoshop file with XD and not only works, but it’s also so compatible that looks that I made it there since the beginning. All the layers, assets, colors!! If you haven’t tried it, you must!

And if you have images that you want to retouch… just do a right-click and it will act as a smart layer that you can edit in photoshop, save it and that’s it.
